What full service means
What full service includes.
Every one of these is quoted per event, because the right answer depends on your room, your headcount and how long you are serving.
- Full-service staff. Our team sets the buffet, keeps it stocked and hot through service, watches the dietary lines so nothing gets cross-served, and clears and packs out afterwards.
- Live stations. Tandoor and chaat cooked in front of your guests rather than held in a chafing dish. It changes the pace of a room. People gather, and the food arrives hot off the fire instead of warm off a tray.
- Mobile kitchen. No kitchen at the venue? We bring one. That is what makes outdoor weddings, community halls and park shelters workable without compromising the food.

Choosing between them
Which one is your event?
Most Bellevue orders do not need full service, and we will say so. Paying for staff you do not need is the most common way people overspend on catering.

Where it earns its keep
When you need staff.
- Weddings and receptions. Multi-day events where the buffet runs for hours and nobody in the family should be refilling trays.
- Large events and galas. Past roughly 150 guests a buffet needs tending to stay hot, stocked and orderly.
- Religious and community functions. Vegetarian, Jain and halal lines kept genuinely separate, with staff who understand why that matters.
- Corporate events. Product launches and client dinners where presentation carries weight.

Before you book
Full-service questions.
They set up the buffet and any live stations, keep the food hot and replenished through service, keep vegetarian, Jain and halal lines separate, and clear and pack out at the end. Service is buffet and station style. Guests are served at the line rather than at each table.
No. We bring our mobile kitchen and cook on site, which is how outdoor weddings, park shelters and community halls get catered properly. Tell us about access, power and where we can park when you request a quote.
It is quoted per event, because staffing depends on guest count, service hours and the venue. What we can show you up front is food cost: our tray prices are published, so you can price the food yourself before you ever call us. Staffing, stations and the mobile kitchen are added to that quote.
The sooner the better for staffed events, especially on summer weekends. Smaller delivery orders need far less notice. Send your date and we will tell you straight away whether it is open.
Yes, and that is the most common setup. A main buffet carries the curries, rice and breads while one or two live stations handle tandoor or chaat, which keeps the queue moving and gives guests somewhere to gather.
